Solved Windows file explorer crash

One of my desktop computers has a problem with the file explorer as shown in the attached image. How can I repair Windows File Explorer? Sfc /scannow, Dism /online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth and Dism /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth do not find any problems.

Create another user or log in as user administrator to see if your profile hive is responsible.

The same thing happens with either a new user or an Administrator account and the file explorer remains broken.

Clean booting didn't solve the problem either. The file explorer remains inoperative.

I just did Repair Install Windows 11 with an In-place Upgrade and it didn't help either. I'll try with a clean install tomorrow. Thank you all.

I haven't made any changes. The system is installed only with normal installation applications. The only program installed is Firefox and windows updates. This is a computer that is rarely used and I only turn it on to update the system. It was in one of the last updates that it looked like this.

If it was a recent build update, can you still uninstall it?

You could go to dev build and see if that resolves it, then opt out if dev until the next build update..

Sorry it has to come down to that, but sometimes that's what it takes. May I suggest once you get the OS and drivers installed that you make a system image before you being installing apps and doing any tweaking. Then after you get everything setup and working exactly like you want, make another image. Regular imaging can save you when stuff happens.
There are a number of free apps that make reliable images and even more paid ones.
