Yes, unfortunately.
Can you please check your Services as I mentioned on a previous post?

Even starting this service doesn't fix it. But maybe the Startup Type is wrong. I haven't changed it though.

Secure boot not required to be "Enabled", just supported is enough. I was able to upgrade and do a fresh install with Secure Boot disabled.

So, what happens to the PCs that do not meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11 ?
Do we have to go back to windows 10, even though windows 11 is running fine ?
Am glad that I have been dual-booting win10 and win11 !

Nobody knows yet, depends on how strict MS will be. Insider versions on the other hand will probably have much relaxed requirements forever (or until W12) That's how it was with W10 anyway.
"Cheats" to run it on not 100% compatible HW already exist and probably will.

This is how to fix it as this was a problem that started when 22000.100 was announced and asked people to switched to the Beta channel...

I can't see the fix in those pages. People are still reporting it blank.
I'll read it again. Maybe I missed it.

Found it and here's mine. At one time mine was blank then it wasn't. I think I reinstalled 10 and upgraded to 11 and then it wasn't blank.

Mines was blank but I didn't use any of the fixes. It was fixed after I reported the problem on Feedback Hub as you can see in the 22000.100 thread. I mean you can always do a in-place repair install using the UUDump ISO and see if it makes a difference or not.
