Hi,
i read an article claiming that it is possible to make a windows reset keeping all apps with their settings , all user data and windows settings.
I searched in this forum which i think is quite reputable but i didnt find something relevant except the tutorial of windows reset which preserves only the user data.

The article i speak of is a tutorial on how to do what i say in the title, and it is written in a reputable Greek site which has to do with tech. (If this is considered an advertisement this is not at all my intension, so please remove the link or/and the post).

If this is true , it is like a dream because i often break my windows11 installation one way or another (probably i tweak them more than my experience). For example right now settings is not opening :) (i have figure out how to repair it)
Unfortunately the article is written in Greek. I write below a part of the article of what this tutorial does translated in English:
Thus, all our personal files, installed applications and system settings remain untouched. This means that we won't need to reconfigure apps and settings after the in-place upgrade is complete, as it doesn't overwrite anything other than Windows files.
But how come there is not a similar tutorial in eleven forum for such a handy case?
I would like your opinion if this article is correct because i am thinking to follow it.
Thank you for your time reading this.

It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.
