Solved Windows reset preserving everything (app+their settings + user data + windows settings )

Hi,
i read an article claiming that it is possible to make a windows reset keeping all apps with their settings , all user data and windows settings.
I searched in this forum which i think is quite reputable but i didnt find something relevant except the tutorial of windows reset which preserves only the user data.

The article i speak of is a tutorial on how to do what i say in the title, and it is written in a reputable Greek site which has to do with tech. (If this is considered an advertisement this is not at all my intension, so please remove the link or/and the post).

If this is true , it is like a dream because i often break my windows11 installation one way or another (probably i tweak them more than my experience). For example right now settings is not opening :) (i have figure out how to repair it)

But how come there is not a similar tutorial in eleven forum for such a handy case?
I would like your opinion if this article is correct because i am thinking to follow it.
