Windows Security icon shows warning sign

On the taskbar, the Windows Security icon shows the yellow triangle with exclamation point.
When I open it, no warnings. Device security shows green checkmark, but when I open it, it says "Standard hardware security not supported".
I am running Win11 in Vmware Workstation. This particular VM has legacy boot, not UEFI boot.
I would like to get rid of the extraneous warning sign, if possible.

You may be able to tweak your VM setting to emulate the requirements.
