windows setup keep personal files and folders and this first option are greyed out

my 8039 was ok i mean install this update only problem is this stupid 8117 which i cant install

but really dont know why when want isntalling windows normal is there not keep windows files and folders ok like before.

Are you affected by the issue that 8117 fixes? If not, then don't worry about it.

aleluja so i do this click recovery and set to factory settings windows then it not delete my personal files only delete all what was installed
