Hi guys, I need your help!
Today when I started my PC I realized that MS Windows Store is totally missing on my system! Also all my store apps are gone!
If I run "wsreset" I will get a message saying:
"We can't open this MS-Windows Store link, your device needs a new app to open this link"
Even notepad or my Nvidia control panel is gone!

Are you on Insider or release channel?
Finding out what messed everything up is what I would do first.
Have you looked at windows update history to see if an update applied since it last worked correctly?

If nothing suspicious was found in WU I would first run SFC /scannow from command prompt as admin.
If no corruption found and fixed by SFC, I would login to my test account to make sure it's not user related.
Personally, I'm not one to mess around and waste time. If problem still exists I would restore an image. If you do not have an image the next best thing is a repair install.

Thanks to both of you for your replies.
@FreeBooter , I am logged to my default Admin account on windows.
@glasskuter , I am on release channel and there is nothing installed from windows update recently. PC was working fine last night. Also SFC finds no errors.

Now here is what I think caused the problem, but I don't understand why! :
I have 2 nvme SSD hard disks on my laptop. I have windows installed on both of them on C: and I would boot to each by choosing which ssd to boot from by pressing F2 at boot time and choose boot device from bios. Last night I decided to keep my Main SSD Disk 0 (the one I always use) and remove windows from the second SSD Disk 1, and instead use it only as DATA drive. So in windows disk manager I formatted the windows drive from the second SSD. There was no drive letter attached to that partition in my default windows. So i assigned it to F: and formatted it. All my windows files and settings should be on my default SSD 0 C drive!? So I wonder why altering the drive on a second SSD caused this problem! Also the only thing that was gone is windows store and all apps I had from store! If not windows is working perfectly!

I found the solution to fix the problem and I'm posting it here, so if anyone has the same problem in the future can have an answer:
All I needed to do was to go to: Xbox App for Windows PC | Xbox and download and install the MS Xbox app for windows. Once the app is installed it will tell you that you miss some dependencies for the application to work and those missing dependencies are listed. One of them was MS Store and I had others like feedback Hub etc. After choosing to install those missing apps all was back to normal and my MS windows Store was there and working.
Except non of my previous apps were installed and I was obliged to install them all again. Ex: I didn't even have the default apps like Notpad, Paint, etc :(

Problem is fixed, but it would still be great to find out why this happened!
