We've shipped an update for Windows Subsystem for Android™ on Windows 11 to the Windows Insider Dev and Beta Channels. This update (2302.4000) will improve stability, audio issues and security.

Looks like they skipped 2303.40000.2.0 in Microsoft Store and did not update store until 2303.40000.3.0 came out.
