I am using Windows 11 Beta Channel v22000.282 and it seems that after Ubuntu has been installed. If I just try to start Ubuntu from the start menu immediately after installation or after rebooting, it will always show the window which will take some time before showing the following output:
If I close that windows and then ran Windows Subsystem for Linux Preview, it will show a bash shell prompt as follows:
I can close this window and then run Ubuntu from the Start Menu without any issues until I shutdown or reboot the system. Is it supposed to be this way because it seems like all the different searches including the one from ubuntu's website is showing one is supposed to be able to run Ubuntu directly form the Start Menu.
