I am using Windows 11 Pro on this newish laptop and I am faced with two very annoying bugs (I call them bugs, nerds might disagree but I have no other adjectives:) )

1 - Very often (two to three times a day) I have the volume bar stuck either at 100 or 0 %. I had this issue when I was running Win 10. Apparently it is still very present. My workaround is to restart HID service and the issue is resolved. One could restart the PC and that would solve the issue as well. My way is faster and simpler. It is still extremely annoying especially when watching a movie. Internet is littered with the exact same issue and no fix in sight. This is a fresh install of Win 11. I have two users, Myself (Admin) and My little Bro (Local). We both have the same issue. Any steps I could do to solve the issue once in for all ?

2 - Windows taskbar very often not hiding even if the option is ticked. My workaround is to restart "explorer.exe" and this resolve the issue. Any steps so I do not have to restart explorer.exe. I need to make my life simpler and not have to do those extra steps :)

Any help is much appreciated !!

Sometimes the taskbar won't hide because of a notification from an app in the taskbar corner. Clicking each icon until you find the culprit often clears it.

Thanks for you reply. You were correct. Took me a while to find out which app was causing the issue as It was not showed on the task bar.
