Windows Update, ISO upgrade, USB upgrade - none is working

Windows 10
I tried to upgrade my PC in 3 different ways

- Windows Update shows my system does not meet W11 requirements but the PC Health Check says it does
- Mounted ISO from file on M.2 C: drive and tried to upgrade - would run but later fail to reboot with INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE and rollback
- Made bootable USB from the same ISO and tried to upgrade - fails immediately (not sure if it is supposed to be used in upgrade)

EDIT:

upgraded ASUS BIOS to latest v 4021, Aug 21

as suggested in another thread (I pass the health check but the update installer says my PC doesn't meet the requirements)

Checked my disks they are GPT
Also have ran WhyNotWin11 and it shows all clear.

Any ideas how to get out of this?

So don`t install W11, there`s no need to.

Another Ryzen setup with install issues, must be some common factor involved, thinking about that AMD article about the performance issues and the recomendation to stay on 10 for the moment might it be that MS have blocked Ryzens until it's fixed?

Odd.,. but many AMD systems have either updated or had no issues with a clean instillation. And the issue that was reported had nothing to do with installing 11

I have a Ryzen 5600X and did the Win11 update with no issues whatsoever -- and others here, on other threads, have reported much the same results with different Ryzen processors. So, don't post info saying this is a general problem with AMD processors, because it is not.

I have nothing but improvements with Windows 11 on my Ryzen system. I think I have the 5600X as well. I agree there is no general problem with AMD processors and Windows 11.

    Fast!
I couldnt find solution for the upgrade. So I installed from afresh. It worked fine. Something still could be an AMD issue. For example some particular BIOS settings with conjunction with AMD chipset (not necessarily CPU).

My only guess was that the original W10 was installed with Secure Boot setting "Other OS" instead of "Windows UEFI". And that somehow affects Windows Update.

BTW - W11 is underwhelming. Nothing really there I want.. And few things I lost.. Waste of time..

No, it's not an issue with AMD. The only possible issue is this and it has nothing to do with installing Win11.
