Messed up the SSD while trying to recover lost data and got this screen on next boot

I made bootable USB to get into CMD prompt and tried almost every solution online but it always ends in an error. Disk 0 should be the one with windows but can't locate any windows or boot files on it. I don't even know if drive is MBR or GPT because it doesn't have the asterisk however under Fs column, type is FAT32. Disk 1 just has games files on it.

I will list some issues i am having when trying cmd solutions:

bcdedit - The Boot config. data store could not be opened. The system cannot find the file specified

bootrec /fixboot - access is denied

bootrec /rebuildbcd - total identified windows installations: 0

Basically main problem is that windows and boot files are lost somehow, i tried dir /a still couldn't locate windows files.

I have seen a lot of people saying V: /FS:FAT32 then C:\windows /s V: /f UEFI (V is vol with EFI partition) works but i don't want to lose the data in the SSD.

Please help, I have been trying to fix this since yesterday. Is it even possible to fix this issue without losing the data??

Let me know if you need more info and appreciate the help very much

Bootrec /Fixboot lead to access is denied and to fix that using cmd bootsect /nt60 sys leads to The system partition was not found.

From diskpart output, i don't see Windows 11 installed partition open notepad by typing notepad.exe into Command Prompt and from Notepad click File ---> Open options to open File Explorer to view all detected drives.

X: Letter assigned to Recovery Environment as you can see it size too small for Windows 11 to be installed on it, i suggest you check the cable connections for your hard drive and see BIOS detects your hard drive.

I have to say D: is the Windows 11 installed hard drive if not disconnect it.

according to your screenshot vol 3 D has unknown file system 931gb . Your disk 1 is that size

try
diskpart
sel dis 0
lis par

you can borrow my boot media so you can see what you are doing - if you have some way to download it. do you have another pc ?

cant be certain yet, but disk 0 could be something has gone awry with the partition table , possibly lost the os partition .

Yes, I have another laptop, that’s how I made windows installation media usb. However, Vol D is just an ssd I installed afterwards for storage. I never I installed windows on it. But I tried regardless, and it doesn’t have any windows files on it. The reason Vol D is showing unknown is because I didn’t input the bit locker key this time as it is needed every restart which I have done more than 100 times. I will just take out this ssd

➡️ 4169-usb.iso

extract the iso to usb because the programs run off the usb stick which is writeable and persistent

if you not familiar with that kind of thing you could use usb7ice ( attached below ) to do it for you
