Winload.efi file is not playing nice with me.

I feel lucky that I run Windows 11 on an unsupported computer without Secure Boot option in the UEFI firmware. Of course it is risky if I am not careful online.

    Legacy MBR installation, no TPM, no Secure Boot, no WDDM 2.0 graphics drivers, no SSE4.2, cannot get more unsupported ;) This is only my test laptop. I had installed Windows 11 here before upgrading my main PC. For my main PC I use everyday see my 2nd system specs.

I have no idea why they changed the boot manager file, to use 26H1's version.

SkuSiPolicy.p7b and DBXUpdateSVN.bin didn't change, so it's not like they introduced a new security requirement which required a newer bootmgfw.efi or winload.efi file. Typically if a new boot manager is rolled out, you want to invalidate the older versions. And that is done using SVN.
