Trying to do a global change of a couple folder types and WinSetView seems to be the way to go. The global folder type has a COLUMNS button but none of the other folder types have the COLUMNS button. All instructions I've read show all the other folder types with a COLUMNS button. Am I missing something?
Thanks

Quick answer: Uncheck the Inherit box.

Details:

As per the Step 4 in the Quick Start Guide:

For any folder type (e.g. Pictures) that you wish to have a different default view than your global setting, just scroll down to that particular folder type, uncheck the Inherit box, and repeat steps 2 and 3 for that folder type.
