with the asus power saving screen if i change the hibernate time, all 3 options change

with the asus power saving screen if i change the hibernate time, all 3 options change
e.g. if i change hibernate to 3 hours the sleep changes to 3 hours so does screen display off
this seems crazy
also under sleep `in the description` it says after 15 minutes the laptop will sleep even though its set to 3 hours
