Hi I have a Lenovo Ideapad 5 2 in 1 windows 11 Home 16 Gigs of memory. Workloadsessionhost is a living nightmare and eating my memory help me please get rid of it.

this may help in tracking down the cause

you can disable workloadssessionhost if you don't use it
or there is an old trick to unload DLL's which may or may not work

if unload DLL's doesn't work you can delete the registry key.
