Windows 11 Home
Hi everyone,

I have WSA setup and have turned on developer options in the WSA app. I downloaded WSA Sideloader from the Store, which is just a GUI for sideloading apps.

I also downloaded the SDK Platform Tools and extracted to a directory that I put in my system path.

When I try to connect to ADB with the command

adb connect 127.0.0.1:5826

I get "cannot connect to 127.0.0.1:5826: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. (10061)"

I am lost as to what to do.

Can anyone help?

Did you run the Windows Subsystem for Android and then enabled Developer mode under the Advanced section? The first time you try connecting, it will have a prompt asking if you allow the connection or not.

You can also use WSALink:

Yes, I did that.
