Short version, I want the warnings shown in the images to permanently stop, without enabling or un-pausing 'Windows Update'. These entries are eating away at available disk space.

The box whose Event-Viewer is displaying these warnings, --will never be allowed to remain connected to the Inet. In addition, when there is a brief Inet connection, 'Windows Update' is paused. The CLSID displayed in one of the images points to wuapihost.exe. How can I accomplish this?

Respectfully

@FreeBooter, thank you for that input, however Microsoft does not recommend 'modifying the permissions'. Microsoft also does not offer details as to 'what' the possible --unintended side effects, could/would be. Given this is our version of a production machine, we can't afford the down-time associated with trial and error, while fiddling with RegEdit.

To be clear, albeit redundant, the goal is to 'stop' the logging of unwanted events, hopefully via the logging mechanism\function; if at possible.
Continued respect ...
