Well, I posted it because, like some people, I want confirmation it has been fixed. Just because Win says they fixed something doesn't always mean it fixes everything on all PC's/Lappys.

ZDNet is awful, as usual. If they bothered to research the topic (which is never because they're not technical people), the bug only affects some PC's that have conflicts with Location Services.

The writer takes one comment out of context:
d3Xt3r (thank you!) on the WinAdmins Discord did a large-scale query and found that… “(of) ~8000 devices, only one device had a file >500 MB (647 MB), 6 devices were between 300-100 MB, 100 devices > 10MB. The remaining devices (~7900) were in single digits. So doesn’t seem to be an issue for us.” They also highlighted that they are 24H2, which will come up later.
