Hi everyone,
I bought a new desktop PC running Windows 11 a week ago; it has an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 (8 GB) graphics card and an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-14400F (2.50 GHz) processor. When I use Edge, Firefox, or Chrome to watch any video on YouTube, if I pause it for 1–3 minutes and then resume playback, the video stutters or jumps strangely for about half a second to a second. It shouldn't be doing this—I didn't have this issue on my previous computer, and my friend and brother don't have this problem on their PCs either. I’ve attached a short video below showing what it looks like.
I’d be hugely grateful if someone could help me out :)
Thanks.
