Zipped Files Don't Show

When I try to compress file by Zipping them the zipped file doesn't appear until I force the folder to refresh.
Link is for a video on my Gdrive so you can see exactly what I'm talking about.

I tried most of those options and no joy. Looks like most of that info was for Windows 10 but I tried quite a few of them.
I'm thinking I might need to do an in place repair....All 6 of my PCs are doing this so I'm thinking some darn update has done this.

Yes it is an MP4 video....did it not play the video or something? Works for me when I click the link.

Most new files appear at the bottom of the list, if you already have a File Explorer window at that folder. To see it in the expected place you must press F5 to refresh the File Explorer window. To see it without refreshing you can scroll down to the bottom of the list, but this is rather annoying if the folder contains too many files. I just press F5 to see it where I am looking to.

Yes this is what I have been doing, but until now, it's always refreshed on its own. This is happening on all my computers so I suppose it's another Microsoft bug.
