Hi hsehestedt, I'm EST - one hour ahead of you. Under Power Options I had already turned off Fast Startup and Hibernate. I have now turned off Sleep. I shut down: 1) right-click the Windows Start and select "Power Off" or 2) click on Windows start and power off. Cheers, ms;-)
