    Solved !! Turn off all settings (regdit) about Typing, Pen & Windows, Inking & Typing ... Re install Wacom Drivers Reboot Disable "Windows Ink" in the Wacom Mapping Setting Panel. Disable Automatic Update Reboot Tada (until next update :cool: )

    Thanks @Ghot & @glasskute. I found the guilty app ... Avast Free !!! What a surprise :rolleyes::LOL: I deleted it and reinstalled it and now the UI is fast as it should be.

    Thanks @Ghot, It's a fresh install of a Windows 11 Pro 22H2. Not an upgrade or update. I will make a Ghost and try this solution.

    Windows 11 as the worst UI so far. I'm trying to find a way to restore the Windows 7 Basic look and behavior but it's seem hopeless. Win 11 look like a Fisher Price toy :devilish:
