Hi, This won't fix the problem, but perhaps you can use the Microsoft wushowhide.diagcab tool to hide these updates while waiting for a fix? I use it to block the installation of obsolete drivers that Windows Update absolutely wants to install. You can download it here ...

I tried Repair Install/Upgrade. Unfortunately the problem was still there. I completely reinstalled Windows 11. It's a little longer, but it's more radical to fix it. ;-) Anyhow, thanks for your help. :)
