I can not change active profile in Malwarebytes Windows firewall control

All the profile options are disabled. How I can fix that ?

found a solution. I right click on the icon and click "request elevation" After that, I find the profiles options are enabled again.

That was added in a recent update; it had me puzzled too. There's no way that I can see to turn it off.
