Where r u ...what country? Also dont clean FF cookies with ccleaner, it'll wipe your exceptions i think. Just check the delete cookies when ff closes box.

Success on 25977 with iso as inplace upgrade, even kept my apps this time.
Had to use [ setupprep.exe /product server ] from the sources folder instead of "setup" but it skipped the check & worked.
