65 seconds boot time without pass/pin

Used no pass/pin in 23H2 , boottime in 20 seconds , after upgrade to 24H2 HAVE to use pass/pin , then my boottime is within 20 seconds .
When deleting pass/pin , my boottime goes to 65 seconds !
First 25 seconds "welcome-screen " , then 40 seconds (!) a black screen , then finally in Windows................
Tried everything , no luck , not possible to decrease boottime in 20 seconds ( the way it was in 23H2) , without pass/pin !!
HOW TO FIX IT ( trying many options , still 65 seconds boottime , without pass/pin ) ........???

Yes , done several times , after updates also..........
No errors found.....

Slow boot time on my PC was generally caused by Defender and network connection.
Considering the PIN, I would guess the network. Try to disable internet and restart.

Note, that Windows might fail to start or reset PIN without network, so beware!

( very) slow boot time only after no pin/pass enabled .
With pin , in 20 seconds . Just tried your advice ( disabled internet , pin/pass ; reboot still in 65 seconds )

Strange , cant find any startup-files in taskmanager , its empty ...........is this normal ?
