A weird thing happening in Excel 2021, but not Excel 365

I have Excel 2021 at work. Recently, it has begun doing something strange when I highlight a date to copy. A little menu pops up and asks me if I want to set an event in Outlook. I will get a picture later today and add it to the thread so you all can see it.

This does not happen on Office 365 at home. I can highlight and copy a date with out getting an offering to do something in Outlook. I do not use Outlook on either machine, as I hate it, but I am little unclear on why one machine is giving me the little menu and the other one is not. I have looked through the settings and I can't find where this little "extra-helpful garbage" is set up as I dearly want to shut it off.

Does anyone know how? (Please)

Turn off in Windows
Settings > System > Clipboard > Suggested Actions

See if that fixes it.

Can you please take a screenshot of this when it happens. I’d like to see it if that’s OK. It could be because of your cell number formatting. It depends on the message you’re receiving/what’s popping out at you.

Drat! I was trying to take a snap over VPN and of course Excel will not exhibit this behaviour remotely.

I will have to wait until tomorrow to be able to get a picture.
