I forgot about the DG Readiness Tool, since MS never talks about it any more.
Download the script, and run it. The script might ask you to reboot and re-run the script, in order to gather more data.

To Enable DG/CG. If you have a custom SIPolicy.p7b then use the -Path parameter else the hardcoded default policy is used

To Enable only HVCI
Usage: DG_Readiness.ps1 -Enable -HVCI

The script reported that it was successful, however I'm still unable to turn on the Firmware Protection, and the Credential Guard is still disabled.

Thank you. But do you have any idea why the Credential Guard and Device Guard are refusing to being enabled?

Nope. That's about as much as I know. The DG readiness tool is the closest to an official MS "troubleshooter". :sick:

Got it. Thank you very much for all the support. I hope it's not too dangerous running Windows 11 like this until I have time to reinstall it.
Also thank you very much for all your support, @zbook, I'll be reinstalling Windows 11 soon and will check if any of these issues pop up again.

Oh, so should I test all the drivers like you mentioned before and then do an in place upgrade?

I'll follow your instructions when I return to my PC.

And it's really weird that only the C drive was on the logs, I saw it checking the G drive, then then Y, and when I woke up this morning it was checking the F. Really weird.
