Greetings
I'm getting this error when trying to use MozBackup, can anyone help me?
I already tried to disable the antivirus because I read that the antivirus can cause this error but it didn't work.

I use the portable version and it works fine. May want to re install it or try the portable.

I just downloaded and tested the portable version and the same error happened.
Any idea what could be causing this?

I keep having the same error, no one has any idea what might be happening with MozBackup, clarifying that it works to restore old backups, only to create it does not create new backups.

How strange, after reading in an old forum about this error in MozBackup occurring with Thunderbird, the same forum says that the error does not occur with Firefox and so I tried to make a Backup of the Firefox profile which it did after I released it in Avast, but when trying in Thunderbird the same error occurred again, why does it work in Firefox and not in Thunderbird?

Possibly because something in Thunderbird has changed over the last 10 years, but nothing has changed in MozBackup, which is 'abandonware'.
