Accessing Win 11 Action Center

I can no longer access the Action Center in Windows 11 to see available wifi networks like I used to. If I use Win+A, the action center will open and the wifi available wifi networks can be accessed. Before, I could click on the network icon or the sound icon and it would open. Now it won't open that way. Clicking on the sound icon just opens the volume setting for the speaker, and clicking on the network icon opens a gray block which quickly disappears. Win+A opens everything, so I know the Action Center is working. It's just accessing it that is the problem. Can anyone help?

Do you have a third party app like StartIsBack installed?

Yes. I am using Start11 from Stardock, TaskbarX, and Explorer Patcher in tandem with one another, but I have them installed and use them together on another computer and that one is fine. I had to use some PowerShell commands on that one to get everything working OK, but that went without a hitch. They didn't work on this one. The Win+A command works just fine, so this is really more of an annoyance than anything else, but I am more used to just being able to click on the icon so I would like to get that working again. Btw, Explorer Patcher fixes the inability to use a third party tray clock (like Atomic Alarm Clock), which Microsoft ruined with the Win 11 taskbar.

Something, somewhere, broke that functionality. I don't use any of those on my system, so offering assistance is limited. However, if they can be disabled, disable them all, see if the icon click works. If it does, enable them one at a time (with reboots) to see which one is actually blocking it, and from there you may figure out what setting needs to be changed in the app blocking.

Bonus - after doing all of this, it may just start working again. Doubtr it, but stranger things like that have happened to users in the past.
