Solved Account info not showing MS 365 sub

No MS365 account info showing in my Start menu nor in Settings > accounts

MS 365 apps all working and the account info shows in my account dashboard

Showing up for me. Why is yours showing "unable to load?" Check to see if OneDrive is loaded/running.

No idea. Yes OneDrive is running and working properly

Update: Today's preview update .7015 has fixed this problem.
I no longer see 'Unable to load' on the Start menu account status.

Yes and the 365 account info doesn't show in Settings.
It's a weird one.

Mine has always been that way and I have never understood why as all my 365 apps work fine. I have OneDrive removed, (disconnected, whatever it's called) from the machine's active account, so understand that one.
