Under C drive, local properties,security there is a Heading and it states Account Unknown with a large string of numbers which i cant identify anybody know what this is i am on 25H2 version

If it starts with S-1-15-3 It's a capability SID. I honestly wouldn't touch it. I also have one on my C: drive.

i have removed this account from all folders within C: drive
no problems thus far. best of luck, Steve ..
