Solved What's this? C Drive "Account Unknown" with about 100 characters in its name

Yeah, that became quite a doozy of a read, eh?... I can imagine it's hard for people to keep a calm head when they're so stressed about unwanted things happening that they can't figure out. Especially if it's interfering seriously with their needs or work. I tried to not be influenced by their upset, but felt for them at the same time. I can remember a few times in my 20s and 30s when I was so stressed by computer problems that I wanted nothing more than to tear my hair out, trash the computers and throw them out the window (I was a passionate young filly, hehe), but I couldn't because I had to have them for my jobs back then. So I just had a good little angry cry, took a deep breath, and kept on trying to sort it out. Got there in the end, without any casualties, thankfully. :wink:

I'm really glad for the things I've been learning in the forum here since I found it, and for all the kindness and support -and patience! ;) I've seen from you dear members here. If I hadn't already found you guys beforehand, I probably would've become more stressed with worry about what this 'account unknown' was. Instead, it was more a case of curiosity and interest to learn. Thanks to everyone for their comments and help with it! :-) :-)
