After installing Windows 11 on a work laptop we can login with any account except for my colleague. When he tries to login a temporary profile is created. If we login on any other account there is no issue. We tried re-imaging the computer. We even formatted the hard-drive and did a fresh install of Windows 11. We followed several forums on editing the registry and attributes of the account in the Active Directory. We have run out of ideas. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. We cannot delete the account because it is an Admin account and is too important.

When this specific user logs in it states "Preparing Windows" then a temp profile appears and the bottom task bar disappears and you can't click on anything.
