im planning to buy a beelink ser5 mini pc ryzen 5 5560u-16gb ram-512gb pcie nvme with windows 11 pro preinstalled, i'll be using this pc mostly for testing and so i need help/advice on how to add windows 10 pro as dual boot to windows 11 pro, im experienced multi booting with mechanical hdd-mbr drives but don't know much for working with uefi nvme pcie drives, so im asking for help/advice from the creme of the creme meisters, thanks in advance.

That's easy and it's not important if you add WIN10 or WIN11 as a second OS.
512 GB is not much. Is there any port for a 2nd disk? Sata or M.2?
I would go for a solution with 2 disks. I know that some people prefer a second ESP-Partition as well. That's not your way. But you can prepare a 2nd disk being EFI ready and I could give you a diskpart MS-script to configure it properly.
Beside that you can watch some YouTube videos to get familar with the procedure.
