Solved Adding BT headphones issue

I'm trying to connect my headphones to my laptop, but the Add Device just doesn't see them. The headphones are Bluetooth v5. I can pair them ok with the phone and mp3 player. Is this the drivers issue?

What headphones?

Anyway, I have my both Bose NC 700, and AKG N60 BT headphone connected without issue. No drivers required.

So, let's be clear about the process...

Step 1: Put your headphones into pairing mode. See user guide for your headphones to determine how to do this.

Step 2: In Windows, go into Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Add device > Select Bluetooth

At that point Windows should see the headphones - may take a few seconds.

Step 3: Select the headphones and connect with them.

It worked finally. Apparently putting in the pairing mode didn't work at first. Thank you.
