AMD chipset drivers for 760G for win 10 dont match what is installed in win11 regarding version numbers

I can download chipset drivers for win10.
Why are the version numbers so different?
Just leave it alone?
Will using 10 chipset drivers not work in 11?

See the origin of these is MS not AMD and look at the 2006 date
Plus win 11 calls them standard Sata AHCI driver, no mention of AMD

Did find this saying not recommended for windows 10, however why then does AMD offer them for download at all?
