Been trying to my FX V2 running on my second desktop... Win 10 Pro.
Mobo: ASUS TUF GAMING Z790 PLUS WIFI
Drivers i've managed to find and try are:
Sound Blaster FX Series Driver 6.0.105.0016.exe
SBAF_CD_L13_1_00_07.exe
Installed each driver while the speakers are on and connected.
My soundcard remains undetected.
I had a similar problem with my internal DVD burner, which was solved by setting ASPM to disabled.
Dont know anything about PCI-Express so i thought it would be safer to leave it alone.
Only option in sound settings is HD Audio, No mention of sound Blaster.
I do get sound through the HD Audio while my speakers are connected via headphones in the FX V2.
All HD Audio devices have MS drivers.
