Looking for one-way sync solutions. Google Drive and OneDrive are both 2-way mirrors, also robocopy isn't suitable for real-time sync tasks

So you’re talking online services or are you happy to sync locally?
In my opinion you cant go past FreeFileSinc. Which a few of us endorsed in your Macrium thread. It also contains RealTimeSync which will do what you’re wanting, it can backup files upon detected file change either immediately or at a delay of your setting.
If you click on “Tutorials” on their website front page, they have some great short videos which will give you a good idea of what FreeFileSync & RealTimeSync can do (mirror/oneway etc)
It doesn’t backup to the cloud though.
Also it’s free or by donation.

My favorite free file syncing app is FreeFileSync. It's loaded with some fantastic features. An example of one that I love:
Say you sync folders that have some large files, like Windows ISO images. You rename one of those files. FreeFileSync is mart enough to recognize that the file is the same, only the name changed. As a result, rather than copy the file over again, it can simply rename the file on the destination, saving much time.

- The five 8TB drives and three 512GB SSDs are part of a DrivePool using StableBit DrivePool software. The three SSDs are devoted purely to caching for the 8TB drives. All of the important data is stored in triplicate so that I can withstand simultaneous failure of 2 disks.
