Not a guarantee. Watchdog timeouts mean the driver detected that your video card hasn't responded within a specified time window (if it is the video card/driver).
Generally a watchdog timeout means some component of your system hasn't responded within a certain time window.
Can this be related then?
My laptop is connected to a monitor and the laptop screen is turned off
I am using the Project(Win+P)mode to "Secondary Screen Only"
The laptop screen is powered by the intel gpu and that gpu is not in use at all(it is only active when I am restarting the laptop and until windows reaches the point where it switches to the "Secondary Screen Only" mode)
When I wake up the laptop, the monitor screen turns on,the laptop screen does not turn on(until I switch the project mode)
Also this always have been this way even in modern sleep mode
When I wake the laptop, the screen does not turn on(even if the only display is the laptop screen),I have to press I key to turn the screen on
The laptop is awake but if I don't press a key in maybe 30 seconds(to wake up the screen)after I wake the laptop,it will go back to sleep mode again
