Anyone else experiencing delays with July 12 update??

I am currently running: 1657762056605.png
I have waited at least 24 hours for the July 12th update to be available to download but, so far, nothing.
My ISP (Bell) is notoriously SLOW for making Windows (and other) updates available am I will be switching ISPs in September.
Just curious if others were noticing a similar delay, even when using other ISP providers.
Also, can someone provide me a direct link to the updates?

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
Here in the UK, on BT internet, update was installed yesterday (13th at 6:30am, had downloaded just past midnight I believe, was waiting for restart when I got up), .795 as well.
