Anyone else notice that Windows Settings fonts are not be crisp and clean compared to W10, W8, and W7?

TL;DR Check your monitor settings via its OSD or app. Reduce sharpness (sounds counterintuitive, I know).

I struggled with the same kinds of effects. Some apps, and even the fonts on the desktop were fine. However, many apps were not, including Settings, etc.
After verifying and reverifying all settings in Windows, it occurred to me that perhaps the monitor settings were to blame...
For me, on a Samsung S34J55x, it was set to 100. I reduced it to about 60 and the bad font effects went away.

EDIT: I have no idea why this is happening on Windows 11 and not older OSs.
