I have all those games on the PC, also the card games like spider solitaire, minesweeper, etc. All the stuff that used to come free, now you have to pay for most them if I recall correctly.

No you don't pay. The old "classic" versions are available for free thanks to Winaero. The modern versions (Mahjong, Solitare, Minesweeper) are available for free in Microsoft Store.
