Solved Apps keep signing out

Recently my signed in apps that I have ticked to to say keep signed in are closing when I switch off pc and when I restart though they are ticked I have to sign in again and get codes sent to reopen them is this something to do with updates or have I got some setting wrong. I am using latest Edge and updates are all up to date. I do not recall changing any settings.

I am using latest version of Edge that is up to date also win11updates are also up to date. also have latest version of Norton Utility's that is up to date
