Apps update automatically (In Store)

I can't change it. I get message :
"You need administrator privileges to pause updates" and I made clean install (of 26300.9457).

Group Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Store

Locate the setting "Turn off Automatic Download and Install of updates" and select Enable.

It can take some time for Group Policy to enforce the change.

You can enforce it manually by doing the following.

Open an elevated Command prompt

Enter gpupdate /force
