Archiving in new Outlook

Wanting to check and set my email archive settings, told to go to File.... Where is File now?
MS help suggests clicking on the Settings icon and then All Settings. That is not showing.

There is no File menu.

Expand the Navigation pane on the Left for the Account and right click on the Archive folder for some options.

For a particular Email Account you may have to access by the Webmail method and change Archive options there.

New Outlook is in Beta thus not all features are yet available.

What version Outlook are you using, there's about 20 million versions all called Oulook by their users
