Ashampoo Backup Pro 26 - Rescue System USB flash drive

Hello, I'm trying to create a rescue system on a usb flash drive, but every time I get this error message.
I've already tried the following:
- 3 different usb flash drives (USB2 and USB3, with 8, 16 and 64 GB)
- dissabled virus scan
- reinstall Windows ADK
- Used Diskpart to clean the usb flash drive
Has somebody had this problem and solved it?

Yes it was FAT32 formated. I wrote now to ashampoo.
