Back up email account info

As the title says, I just want to back up the usernames, passwords and other data needed to set up an account. I use the built in Windows mail client because it fits my simple needs perfectly.
I have sixteen email accounts, and every time I install or re-install Windows, it's a major pain to set these up again, one by one.

I don't want to back up the emails themselves, which is what every web search assumes, and gives me information I don't want.

I tried Outlook and Thunderbird, but those are overkill for my needs, especially outlook.
I would much prefer to stick to Windows Mail.
Is there a solution to this?

Not easily, and not yet, but it is supposed to be coming soon. Microsoft is working on a way to restore your apps from the Store after a clean install, and I hope that means the apps' settings as well.
