Does this method also backup/restore passwords and bookmarks?

works on Windows 11 24H2? I don't want to add an account to Edge and sync my settings to Microsoft's cloud. I really want the Cookies and other site data - "Don't clear", since I have many sites added that I don't want cleared on exit. Passwords and Favorites are easier enough to export and restore.

Yes. Edge personal data folder is not OS version dependent.
