If you have Windows 10 Pro, that will carry over to Windows 11. A licence is digitally locked to your Microsoft account.

Exactly why I was wondering why upgrade and retail were treated like 2 different things implying that one path is more expensive than the other. At the end of the day, you just need a Pro key. You can either do an upgrade with it or do a clean install whatever is easier.

For a fraction of a price, you can't expect too much. If you want customer service, just deal directly with Microsoft and pay the full price.

I will not deal directly with stack social, I will submit a case through Paypal, and let them deal with the seller. It's either I will get my money back if the seller did not reply, or the seller will get in touch with me to resolve the problem.

From my experience and all I've seen, there would be no issues getting Stack Social to make good if you had a problem.
